Information

The client is required to provide all the information necessary about him and all group participants to Fatima Experience. The client must also provide additional information about any physical limitations, food allergies (in the case of the food and wine tours) or any other important information to ensure the quality of the tour.

The client must provide a working cell phone number to Fatima Experience, in case of any emergency or if the client doesn’t show up on time at the meeting point previously established.

 

Itineraries

Fatima Experience will do everything possible to respect the itinerary agreed with the client, but is not liable for any change imposed by unpredicted situations, such as: traffic delays, works in progress, demonstrations, public events or any other. In all situations, Fatima Experience will try to do everything possible to minimize the effects of the unexpected events.

 

Delays

Fatima Experience is not liable for reduced tours due to delays by the client. Therefore, the client is responsible to be on time at the agreed meeting point. We will wait for clients at the designated meeting point for a maximum of 30 minutes after the agreed time, after that it will be considered a “no show”.

 

Liability Waiver

By booking a tour, the client acknowledges that all travel involves some risk and releases and discharges Fatima Experience and its guides from and against any and all liability from its participation on the tour. The client assumes all risks associated with the tour and agrees that this release shall be legally binding upon him/her personally, all members of his/her family or group and all the minors traveling with him/her, heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives.

Fatima Experience will not be liable to the client due to stolen or lost property, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, injuries, death or other damages, pecuniary and non-pecuniary.

The client acknowledges that he/she will voluntarily participate in the tour and accepts possible risks as: transportation failures, accidents or illness, damaged, stolen or lost property, criminal activity and negligence in the conduct or arrangement of this trip.

 

Payment policy

A deposit payment is required at the time of booking to secure the selected date/tour. The booking will only be secure after the deposit payment has been done. Payments are done through secure and trusted online payment processing platforms, either through Stripe or myPOS, with your credit card. The balance payment will be settled on the day of the tour, or on another date agreed between Fatima Experience and the client.

 

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@fatimaexperience.com. Only cancellations by email will be considered valid for review.

For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start of the tour, a refund of the paid amount will be provided.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, or in case of no-show, no refund of the paid amount will be provided.

All refunds will incur a refund processing fee and any other applicable fees.

 

Alterations

All alterations requested by a client after booking a tour require the previous acceptance by Fatima Experience. Fatima Experience will try to do the best to accept the suggested changes, it will always depend on the availability of guides, vehicles or any other aspects which Fatima Experience does not control. Fatima Experience is not obligated to accept these changes after the booking has been done.

 

Fatima Experience is a registered brand. Service marks and trademarks Fatima Experience and the Fatima Experience logo are owned by Fatima Experience. Other trademarks, service marks, logos and/or trade names appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.
